New features in 1.3

• Handled the censorship of Facebook and Google services for China & Russia: if you're visiting from these 2 locations, the F and G services will be censored on the website
• Enabled the management of the related blogs in the back-office

UI changes

• Added the related blogs section on the blog page
• Increased the maximal length of the tag to 20 characters

Bugs fixed

• Fixed the comment count number in the CRUD of blog comment
• Fixed local time detection: pick up the time from the user side timezone instead of the server side
